01 / Delete in the game
The fastest method is to delete the account from Game Settings.

Open Bullet Parry Cowboy.
Select Settings on the main screen.

Open Privacy → Manage game account.
Review the online-account deletion notice. If no account is signed in, there is no online account to delete.

Select Delete game account.
On iOS, a linked Game Center account may require recent authentication. On Android, the game reauthenticates its anonymous game account; this does not delete your Google Account.

Review the notice and confirm.
Once deletion begins, the deleted online account cannot be recovered.
02 / What is deleted
We delete the online account and detach the purchase ledger.
Deleted
- Firebase anonymous account and authentication user identifier
- Game Center link information on iOS
- Server-stored player name and name profile
- Ads Free entitlement document linked to the account
- Links from purchase records and purchase-account identifiers to the Firebase user
Handled separately
- Transaction records, including Google Play purchase tokens and random purchase-account identifiers, are detached from the Firebase user and retained for five years after the last status change
- Firebase backup copies may take up to 180 days to be removed
- Previously sent optional analytics is deleted or aggregated within 14 months
- Unity and Google advertising and consent records follow each provider's policies and deletion procedures
03 / Data on the device
Your game record lives on the device, not in the online account.
Player name, stage progress, coins, magazine capacity, outfits, and settings are not removed by online account deletion. To remove them, delete the app's stored data or uninstall the app. Removing the app may permanently erase progress that cannot be recovered.
Account deletion removes any server name profile created by the name-storage feature. The device name remains; names are not retained in the separate purchase ledger.
App Store purchases follow Apple’s purchase-history and refund procedures. Google Play purchases follow Google Play’s purchase-history and refund procedures; you can also contact us for help with Google Play purchase issues. Deleting the game account does not delete your Apple Account or Google Account.
